  • Outdoor Fitness ignited kids' energy, builds strength and coordination, and turns exercice into an exciting adventure in nature!

  • We'll introduce kids to healthy eating through fun, hands on activities that teach them about balance meals, food groups and making nutrition choices for energy and growth.

  • We'll keep kids active and engaged with a variety of fun fitness games that promote strength, coordination and teamwork.

Outdoor Fitness Camp for Kids - Join us for fun games and exciting fitness activities to get moving and stay active!

Drop-off, Location & Collection

Drop-off from 9:00am - Training starts at 9:30am.
Pick up between 3:30pm and 4:00pm.
Please make sure to arrive on time.

·     Ensure your child is dressed in suitable gym attire, including trainers.
·     Pack a waterproof coat in case of rain.
·     Provide a healthy packed lunch, a water bottle and snacks.

You'll receive an email with all class details, including drop-off locations, parking suggestions and any other information regarding each class.
